1. Donations Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable
All donations made to Hearthorizon Welfare Foundation are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except under specific circumstances as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Transactions: If a donor accidentally makes the same donation more than once.
- Incorrect Amount: If an error in the donation amount was clearly made during the transaction.
- Fraudulent Use: If a donation was made using fraudulent means or without the donor’s consent.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please send an email to:

Include the following details:
- Full name of the donor
- Date and amount of donation
- Mode of payment (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
- Transaction ID or reference number
- Reason for the refund request
We may contact you for additional information if needed.
4. Refund Process
If your request meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
5. Tax Deduction Certificates
In case a refund is issued, any tax exemption certificate (such as under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act) issued for that donation will be considered null and void, and you are required to discard it.
6. Discretion of the Foundation
Hearthorizon Welfare Foundation reserves the right to accept or deny any refund request at its sole discretion. Our decision will be final and binding.
